Arrange for a certified pool safety inspector to come out to your property today and make sure your pool is compliant with Queensland Pool Safety Laws. Our inspector will come to you and inspect your pool area to determine whether your pool area complies with pool safety laws. They must then either issue a Government Certificate (Form 23) if compliant or non conformity notice (Form 26) listing all non conformities and how to make them comply. For non-conforming pool fences, you will then have 3 months to bring your pool up to the legal requirements based on the recommendations provided to you and arrange a re-inspection with Goliath Pool Safety Inspections. On passing your re-inspection a Government Certificate (Form 23) is then sent to you within 24 hours. 

 

Some small issues may be able to be repaired at the time of your initial inspection as our licence permits us to conduct minor repairs.

A pool safety certificate is not issued until your pool area passes inspection and meets compliance.
