STANDARD POOL SAFETY INSPECTION - $130.00

A Standard Pool Safety Inspection includes consultation and written report (for non-compliant pools) which will include any items that will need to be addressed if the pool does not meet the required standards. The Price does not include the the Government Certificate Fee or re-inspection costs.

PRE-PURCHASE / CONSULTATION - $110.00

A Pre-purchase / consultation is available to all clients who are looking to buy a property and would like a consultation report and advice regarding pool safety regulation for compliance prior to settlement. A Government certificate is not issued for a pre-puchase or consultation. While a consultation is not required it is encouraged to help provide new home buyers with necessary pool safety information prior to purchase.

RE-INSPECTION (if required) - $88.00

A Re-inspection may be required if your pool fails compliance on the initial pool safety inspection and the non-compliant items cannot be rectified at the time of the first inpection. Re-inspection cost does not include Government Certificate Fee.

GOVERNMENT CERTIFICATE FEE $39.45 (GST FREE)

Regardless of when your pool was built. All pools are required to meet the new Regulations and Guidelines which were released in December 2010 and all privately owned properties were required to be compliant by November 2015. A Gov't certificate is only required if you are buying or leasing your property or have recently made changes to your existing pool fence for which a pool safety inspection would also need to be conducted.

CPR SIGN - $60.00

Did you know that your pool area required a CPR Pool Sign to be displayed at all times? Our Pool Safety Inspector carries CPR Pool Signs on him at all times and can supply and install at that the time of your inspection. You can also purchase a sign from our office and have it delivered to you.
